How long is shipping??
Normal mail: The orders are sent out on the same day if payment is received before 5pm. If not, package will be sent out the following day before 11am.
Registered mail: Orders are sent out on the next day. Not including weekends and public holidays.
Where is my product!??
Normal mail and Register mail take roughly 2-4 business days to reach the customer.
Normal mail products are not trackable and although we try out best to package it clearly and provide a return address, registered mail is the safer option.
Kindly note that TrendCents is not liable for any lost normal mail and lost mail will be handled in a case by case basis.
Item broken in transit?
While we take absolute care in protecting your products, in the unlikely event that an a product is broken in transit, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Items broken in transit must be reported within 7 days from the date the product was sent out. Any request for an exchange will not be entertained after the stated number of days.
*Broken item will have to be sent back to TrendCents. Please do not dispose or resell.
Not able to checkout ?
If for some reason you are unable to check out, please empty your cache and enable cookies. Also try checking out on a laptop or desktop, the issue could be compatibility with certain mobile phones.

Item out of stock?
TrendCents does not allow backorders.
Restocking of the item will depend on customer feedback and demand, some items might be discontinued to make way for better and newer versions everyone can enjoy!
Are these authentic/original??
YES! All products sold on TrendCents are:
- Authentic / Original
- Brand New
- Imported from the USA
- In-stocks in Singapore
Exchange policy ?
Exchange can be made 14 days from the date of order completion if for some reason you have ordered the wrong product or have changed your mind about it. HOWEVER Exchange will only be valid if the product is in the original condition it was mailed out in as follows:
- Not tested/ swatched in any form
- With original product packaging (not TC packaging)
*Customers will have to send back the product at their own cost

TrendCents does not offer refunds of any form. However exchanges are accepted if the product is unused.
